• We will first develop a plan with you for each phase of the move, including a timeline.
• Working with you and the floor plan of your next home, we will assist with the decision making of furniture placement.
• Items to be moved to the new location will be labelled and inventoried.
• Movers will be contacted to secure a date for packing and moving.
• Address changes, disconnection and transfer of utilities will be arranged.
• The home will be prepared for resale and an Evaluation Assessment will be arranged.
• Be on site to oversee the movers.
• Host an on site Contents/Estate sale of excess possessions.
• Coordinate the pick-up of donations and disposal services.
• Organize shredding of personal documents.
• Carry out a final clean up of the home in readiness for the new owners.
• Assist with unpacking and settling in to your new space; we will unpack and organize your belongings according to your personalized plan.
